    Session #1 - Basecamp

    Session #1 is the fun introduction to Triathlons today. In order to get better, it’s important to unlearn many of the habits and accepted belief patterns that are keeping us back. We will take a look at the top asked questions, popular training philosophies, various types of sessions, overall fundamental advice for triathlons, and debunk many of the most popular and debilitating myths. When we say fundamental advice, we do not mean that everyone knows this, which is why we will cover it today. Yes, this is the first session, but we want to get more than just your feet wet as you ground yourself in a more holistic triathlon framework.

    Session #2 – We dive deep into popular triathlon training topics by discussing the best types of Training Programs and Sessions and how it relates to you as an athlete with your custom needs, training zones, heart rate, and abilities. Again, these are concrete and practical tips you can begin employing right away in each session.

In this session, we will overcome many of the myths by talking about what works and why it works so you approach each session armed with practical and relatable knowledge.

So, we walk you through the lowest hanging fruit.
