His experience includes work with Mechanical & Electrical Consultants in both Australia & Ontario, a number of Ontario based Constructors & Subtrades, and for the last 9 years Modern Niagara. Chris has acted as an Interference/CAD/Model manager, drafter or modeler on more than $4.5B of construction; and BIM estimation & strategy on +$3B. He enjoys leading and mentoring project teams that strive to get ahead of the critical path so that all parties are able to maximize profitability, productivity & creativity. Chris is a past Subtrade Committee Chair for CANBIM

He has worked in residential and commercial architecture, as well as construction, with 10 years of teaching experience at both the collegiate and industry level.
