UX and design is not just about pixel pushing and creating personas, what happens at the strategic level is just as important, if not more, as the drivers of the pixels themselves.
In this event we will be discussing systematic approaches to delivering UX, the leadership of design systems, and the value of research and data.

Fast forward >> Systematic Approaches to Delivering UX
How can we take our research activities and think about the needs of end users in a structured way? Can we devise lean and repeatable systems to organise our UX solutions to do this? Could we then fast forward to think about how these same systems could be used in future? Systematic approaches can help us achieve a shared understanding of user needs and how these needs could be met.
