    Jim Walker
    Partner & Chief Operating Officer @ Adams Street Partners
    Jim oversees all of Adams Street’s non-investment functions. This includes finance, operations, human resources, legal, information technology, marketing, strategy and client reporting functions.

    Prior to joining Adams Street, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Credit Suisse’s Private Bank Americas. Prior to Credit Suisse, Jim spent seven years at Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management where he served on the management committee and held several roles including Director of Product Strategy, Director of the Consulting Group, and COO of Investment Products. Before Morgan Stanley, he spent nearly two decades at Merrill Lynch with his final role being Chief Administrative Officer for the Global Private Client business.

    Jim is a member of Adams Street's Executive Committee, Operating Committee and the New Product Committee.

    Adal Zamudio
    Director - Technology Value Creation, EMEA @ KKR
    Adal Zamudio joined KKR Capstone in 2017 and leads Technology Operations value creation in EMEA. He focuses on the use of technology to address both technology-driven innovation and other efficiencies across KKR’s European portfolio. He has been actively involved in the firm’s investments in Hensoldt, Travelopia, GfK, Q-Park, Upfield, Exact, Axel Springer, Mas Movil, Citation, Sector Alarm, Elsan, Devoteam, Food Delivery Brands, Viridor and Wella, working on diligence and with management to realize KKR’s technology-driven investment thesis. Prior to joining KKR Capstone, Mr Zamudio worked in the technology practice of BCG, the IT strategy practice of Accenture and the IT security practice of Schlumberger. He holds a Master of Science in Decision Sciences from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Mathematics/Computer Science from Purdue University.

    Lorenzo Levi
    Managing Director and Operating Partner @ CDPQ
    Lorenzo Levi has been Managing Director and Operating Partner, Private Equity for Europe since January 2019. In this role, he oversees the direct private equity investment portfolio in the region. Based in London, he is also responsible for conducting operational due diligence on new investment opportunities.

    Mr. Levi has over 25 years of experience in private equity, management roles and strategy consulting. Before joining CDPQ, he was Managing Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners and then Operating Partner for Apollo Global Management. Prior to that he worked in sales management and corporate development roles for IBM, Delta PLC and Nortel, as well as in strategy consulting at Bain & Company.

    He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Economics from MIT. He currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Delachaux, Foncia, Datamars and Fives. He is also a Board Observer on Techem.

    Riccardo is a Principal and a member of the Portfolio Group at Permira. He has worked on a number of transactions including Allegro, Axiom, Catawiki, Magento, Synamedia, and Tricor. Prior to joining Permira, Riccardo was a Director at AlixPartners in London for five years, where he delivered a number of operational turnaround programmes.

    Before that, he worked for PwC in London for five years where he focused on delivering supply chain transformation programmes. Riccardo had previously held line management roles in industry.
