CE's/CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: To receive a Certificate for 1.5 CEs toward NTCB Certification and FSHLB Licensing Renewals or a Certificate of Completion you must make a $9 payment for the webinar and email your answers the following Assignments to Shpli.org@gmail.com.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Summarize in an email what you learned overall and personal insights if any.
2. We know that you may still be developing your philosophy about death/dying. But, imagine you just received and "end of life" diagnosis that gives you 6 months to live. Share your ideas of what a what a "good death" would be for you.
3. On page 69 there is a TIP. Watch one of the Last Days Episodes. Summarize it and describe your feelings.
4. Sometime this week, call an old friend to just say hello and catch up on life.
5. Where do you plan to keep your "end of life" papers such as your personal directives, will, funeral plans, etc.
6. Where would you appreciate being able to live your "last 6 months" of life? Home, Hospital, Hospice or Elder Care Facility, other and why?
