Event description: SMS is a powerful marketing channel that can speed up your customers' buying process and increase your marketing ROI. Understanding best practices and effective strategies will allow you to connect with customers on a new level. Optional pre-work: You can complete some optional pre-work before this session by filling out the buyer persona template. Before you can decide what kind of SMS messages you want to send your customers, it's important that you understand who your customers are. A buyer persona is a detailed description of your target audience. It is helpful to understand this target market so you can determine what to send and when to send it to them. To fill out the buyer persona worksheet, use a combination of your own intuition, the data available in your Klaviyo account, and information sourced from customers via focus groups, interviews, or reviews.
