He served various staff and managerial accounting positions at that firm from December, 1992. Mr. Dunaway formerly had ownership interest in a Papa John’s franchise which owned nine stores, and he served as the Secretary/Treasurer for that Papa John’s franchisee. In addition to being the President of Penn Station he has ownership interests in Coastal Cheesesteaks, LLC and Louisville Cheesesteaks, LLC both of which are Penn Station franchisees, and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Louisville Cheesesteaks, LLC. Mr. Dunaway received a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University in May, 1983. He has been President of Penn Station since August 16, 1999 and a member of the Board of Directors since September 1, 2001.
