RAP Action Series Webinar 7: 'Welcome to Country' & 'Acknowledgement of Country'

About This Webinar

This live webinar is the seventh in the series designed to explore the 14 minimally required Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Actions for schools and early learning services. Focussed specifically on the ‘Welcome to Country’ and ‘Acknowledgement of Country’ RAP Actions it will explore the protocols for welcoming visitors to Country and acknowledging Country, and the significance of these cultural practices to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It will introduce participants to strategies for how to respectfully incorporate these protocols into educational settings, and how to continue to extend your commitment to these RAP Actions in your reconciliation journey.
