Gina Green is a Partner of F&C Compliance Consulting Group and Chairwomen of the non-profit organization Women in Ethics and Compliance Global also known as WEC-Global, she is based in the region of Philadelphia in US.

A graduate of Widener Delaware Law school with a MJD in Corporate and Business Law specializing in Regulatory Compliance, Gina is a member of the SCCE (society of corporate compliance and ethics) and holds a CAMS certification as an anti-money launder specialist along with extensive experience in Compliance and Ethics in areas of risk management, anti-corruption, internal investigations and implementing and growing compliance programs to ensure compliance with local laws, US Acts and the GDPR mandates.

APAC Head of Compliance, State Street
June Lau is a senior vice president and the head of APAC compliance for State Street. In this role, June is responsible for building a strong culture of compliance risk management and strengthening State Street’s position with regulators. She is a member of State Street’s APAC Executive Committee. June has also been appointed as the principal compliance and AML representative of State Street International Holdings since Q4 2020.

June rejoined State Street in 2018. Prior to that, she was with BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S) as the head of Compliance Singapore and Financial Security APAC. Before BP2S, June spent 10 years at State Street in the Compliance department, supporting Global Markets, Global Services, Alternative Investment Solutions and Global Exchange. She has previously held the role of assistant director at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and also worked as a senior auditor at Deloitte.

June graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She is also a fellow member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and a certified non-practising accountant. June contributes actively to the professional development of fellow compliance professionals, through her publications in the ICA magazine. She is also an involved mentor in State Street’s mentorship program and sponsor of State Street’s professional women network program, to build and support a pipeline of leaders for the organization and help bridge the male/female achievement gap.
