Dr. Zeitoun is a Future of Work, business optimization and operational performance excellence thought leader with global experiences in strategy execution. His experiences encompass leading organizations; delivering their Enterprise Digital Transformation and Program Management Offices; guiding systematic methodology implementations; and using his empathy, insights, and collaboration strengths to successfully envision new business models and execute complex missions across diverse cultures globally.

In his position, as the Executive Director for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), Abu Dhabi, UAE, he was responsible for creating the strategy execution framework, achieving transformation benefits, executive coaching, and creating the program discipline necessary for delivering on the $40B complex country energy mission roadmap.

At the McLean, USA HQ of Booz Allen Hamilton, Dr. Zeitoun strategically envisioned and customized Booz Allen Hamilton’s EPMO advisory and mapped playbooks and capability development for clients’ Billions of Dollars strategic initiatives. Furthermore, he led the firm’s Middle East North Africa Portfolio Management and Agile Governance Solutions.

With the International Institute of Learning, Inc. (IIL), Dr. Zeitoun was a Senior Executive and also held the position of Chief Projects Officer. He was instrumental in driving its global expansions, thought leadership, and operational excellence methodology shaping dynamic ways of working execution across organizations worldwide.

Dr Al Zeitoun has a Ph.D., M.Sc., Civil Engineering, PMI Fellow 2019,
PMI Global Board of Directors 2018, 2014-2016, 2007, a Certified PgMP, PMP, PMI-RMP, and PMI-SP, and Represented BAH on PMI Global Executive Council. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and German.
