Asha and her team have built a suite of employer-sponsored benefits and consumer-facing financial planning products, which are collectively accessible to over 20 million Fidelity customers nationwide. In addition to product development, Asha has brought thought leadership on the financial and emotional impacts of student debt to a variety of arenas, including the White House, the US Department of Education, the US Treasury, and Congress. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto, and an undergrad in Film from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

Barbara Rayll serves as Vice President, Product & Solutions Management, AIG Retirement Services. In her role, she has responsibility for developing new and innovative products, services and solutions for AIG’s growing client base. She also manages Retirement Services’ current product portfolio, and she leads the Offer and Deal Management functions, including the Request for Proposal team, focused on ensuring AIG Retirement Services brings compelling and competitive bids to our current and potential clients.

Prior to joining AIG, Barbara previously worked at Lincoln Financial, where she served as an Assistant Vice President in Lincoln's Retirement Plan business. In her nearly 15-year tenure at Lincoln, Barbara held various roles of increasing responsibility focused on cultivating comprehensive and competitive product lineups.

Barbara graduated from Boston College and holds the LOMA designation Associate, Annuity Products & Administration (AAPA) and American Bankers Association Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designation. She is a course reviewer for LIMRA/LOMA Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designation. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations.

Barbara is active in the community and serves as a Big Brother Big Sisters mentor, and supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association. She is also an avid amateur tennis player.
