Clare Pike has been a Human Resources professional for more than 25 years. After a decade at the courier delivery business TNT, rising to HR director for the International Business Unit, Clare moved to McCormick, an American food manufacturer and distributer, where she was HR director for the EMEA consumer business.
She joined Bureau Veritas, the Paris-headquartered classification society (transitioning into a TIC – testing, inspection, and certification services – business), in September 2015 as HR director for Northwest Europe region, being promoted to Vice President for Human Resources and CSR at BV Marine & Offshore since 2017.
She is excited to be working with an inter-generational mix of senior maritime leaders and graduates from outside maritime bringing skills and capabilities the industry will need going forward.
