Andrea Tosi has a background in cognitive sciences and user experience design, he worked as researcher and user experience designer at CNR Istituto di Psicologia-Roma and DARC Milano.
He has 20 years of experience in design education first as head of Business Design School at Domus Academy, then as dean at IED – Istituto Europeo di Design, and now head of IED Ambassador. He is specialized in development, management of educational programs, as well as teaching, research, and consultancy in the area of design methodologies and innovation. As designer he collaborated with companies and creative agencies, for projects in brand strategies and product identity.

Frances Venneri is Italo-Australian, graduated in Fashion Technology and Fashion Design at TAFE, Sydney, Australia.
She is lecturer and responsible for realization, coordination of the IED Textile Lab at Milano IED MODA.
She has been in charge of Product Development, Textile and Leather Research for Canali and Ermeneglido Zegna.
As co-founder of Studio Gallieri Venneri Associati she consulted in design and product development for Alberto Aspesi, Tucano Urbano, Mandarina Duck, Roy Rogers President, Swiss Chriss Sempach, Save The Duck.
She has been the assistant to Mr. Ferrè at GianFranco Ferrè, then she worked as assistant designer in Trussardi and Christian Dior.
