After spending most of her childhood in the excitement of a fast pace salon, it was only natural for Ashley to transition into the industry as a young adult. Fast forward 14 years and her passion for hair and desire to progress has added Salon Owner, Mentor, and Mizani Artist to her cosmetology tool belt.

A love for knowledge and education on all things hair have shaped her career today.

Ashley has owned a full service salon for six years, during which she has cultivated a multicultural and diverse team and clientele with a sound purpose, and salon motto in mind; always "keeping hair healthy, one strand at a time."

Twelve-time nominated hairstylist by the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA), in the categories of Hairstylist of the Year, Best Editorial Stylist, Editorial Shot of the Year , and Masters, and in 2007, he won for Best Editorial Stylist. Among his titles, Boston magazine has named him Best Colorist multiple times and Allure Magazine named him Breakthrough Stylist of the Year. Michael’s work has also been featured in notable magazines including, Launch Pad, American Salon and Modern Salon. His salon, The Loft by Michael Albor, has been consecutively listed in Salon 200, the definitive list of the top salons in the country. An artistic director for Matrix, Michael continues to travel the world educating others and working on catalog and fashion shoots.

Marcus has had a passion for education since the beginning of his career. Through his energy and personality, he chooses to share his knowledge with others as a Redken Educator.

Marcus has been a hairstylist for 16 years. In that time, Marcus has mastered a wide range of techniques. He ranks as a Redken Certified Colorist and has worked in Summit Salons. Marcus also started his own business in 2014 before becoming a Redken Educator.

Marcus has always had a drive to further his artistic techniques and discover new products which led him to his love of Redken. He places high value on understanding the needs of the stylist to further their career. Through Redken Education, Marcus wants to takes stylist from great to extraordinary.

Eric Matthew is a second-generation hairstylist based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He has taught and connected with many of his peers across various world markets: such as the Caribbean Islands, The America's , England  and the Cruise line industry.  Frank specializes in teaching the art of French Balayage, as well as leadership training; helping salons and distribution companies succeed in their current  markets.
