The shrinking consumer base combined with the “newcomers” – Generation Z – who enter legal-drinking age with more options and different behaviors presents challenges for on-premise adult beverage. The study will explore this generation’s usage, preferences, expectations for on-premise adult beverage occasions (dine-in and at-home), highlighting how they differ from older cohorts and identifying strategies for winning Gen Z occasions.
