An investment banker and corporate attorney by trade, Paul Jevnick has developed extensive expertise in M&A and private placements. Before joining BMO, he lead the consumer industry team at Greene Holcomb Fisher, leveraging his experience in the restaurant, retailing, direct marketing, e-commerce, consumer products and food sectors. Prior to joining Greene Holcomb Fisher, Paul was a managing director and co-head of the Private Placement Group at Piper Jaffray, where he was active in private placements of equity and debt for private and public companies. Before joining the Private Placement Group, he executed a wide range of investment banking transactions in the consumer and technology sectors for Piper Jaffray. Paul also practiced law at major firms in Minneapolis and in Southern California, where he specialized in M&A, public securities offerings and venture capital financings. Paul is a graduate of University of Wisconsin (BS) and Cornell Law School (JD).
