CEO, Plenty of Fish
As CEO of Plenty of Fish, part of The Match Group, Malgosia Green is leading the evolution of one of the largest dating apps in the U.S.

Driven by her tech-forward vision and the company’s mission to alleviate the pressures of dating, Plenty of Fish was the first dating app to announce and implement a platform-wide face filter ban in 2019 - the first of many updates that will increase authenticity and enhance member experience.

As the app continues to evolve in 2020, the team is working towards a complete redesign of the Plenty of Fish user experience, exploring innovative new ways for singles to connect, and working more closely than ever before with our most important audience - the members.

Prior to her current role, Malgosia served as the Chief Product Officer at Top Hat. During her tenure, the brand grew into a leading educational technology company, and team headcount increased from 20 employees to over 300. She established and led product management, user experience, data science, and design teams. Laterally, I oversaw the 75-person engineering team, working with a world-class executive team and Board of Directors.

Previously, she was the founder and CEO of Savvica, an online marketing company focused on international education and financed by Educomp (EDSO.BO), India's largest education company. At its peak, the company was helping 4 million students monthly, making it the No. 1 education site in the world's largest student market. Malgosia also served as the Director of Product Management at Affinity Labs, an online communities company. Affinity Labs was funded by Mayfield Fund and Trinity Ventures and was acquired after 14 months by Monster Worldwide (NYSE:MWW) for $61M.

Malgosia has been featured in Forbes, Canadian Business Magazine's "20 Young Women in Power”, Elle Canada and Toronto Life.
