Lisa Nickerson is the founder and CEO of Nickerson, a full service marketing and communications agency with offices in Boston and Miami. Lisa and the Nickerson team were recently the 2019 PR Daily 'Winner' and 2020 PR Week 'Finalist' for Crisis Communications/Reputation Management.

Lisa was also recognized by Bisnow in 2018 as one of Boston’s “Most Powerful Women in Real Estate”, was featured on Chronicle in June 2018 as Greater Boston’s Real Estate Expert and was also the recipient of the 2016 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year. Notably she was recognized as The Nashua Telegraph’s 91 Progress’ Entrepreneur of the Year at 17 years old.

Lisa is a multiple-industry award winner, a well-respected, sought-after speaker and moderator, and a devotee of professional and community service. Lisa is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), ULI | New England’s Advisory Board, ULI Women Leadership Institute Co-Chair and Communications Chair, Board Member & Founder's Circle Chair of the Arts & Business Council, Board Member & VP of Sponsorship of Boston Women in Media & Entertainment, former SIOR New England Board Member & Communications Chair, and a member of CREW.

Philanthropic endeavors include Board Member and Development Chair of Housing Families Inc. since 2006 and various roles and now Board Member of the Joshua Frase Foundation since 1997.

Lisa received her BS in Marketing & Finance from Boston College. She maintains her Massachusetts Real Estate License and is currently completing her Master of Business Administration at Babson College. She received her Real Estate Certificate from Boston University.

Rosemary J. Powers currently serves as the president of Cristo Rey Boston High School, in Boston, MA. Cristo Rey Boston exclusively serves students from under-resourced families with an innovative model combining college-preparatory academics and a corporate work-study program. A seasoned senior executive in the public sector with a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects and diverse teams, Rosemary brings her considerable organizational skills to the role of president. She leads the team of teachers, staff, benefactors and the corporations involved in the work-study program to create platforms that allow Cristo Rey students to succeed in college and career.

Rosemary is a highly respected professional with expertise in the transportation, energy and environmental sectors who is skilled in operations and budget management, in addition to possessing extensive experience in Governmental Affairs. Prior to joining Cristo Rey Boston, Rosemary was the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Gina M. Raimondo, with oversight of the agencies in the Energy, Environment and Transportation portfolio. She was the point person in the administration for the development of the offshore wind industry and led, for Governor Raimondo, efforts to invest and decarbonize the transportation network, including regional rail service.

Rosemary’s tenure in Rhode Island followed several years working in Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s administration including as the Deputy Director of State Operations responsible for all the operations and policy development for the transportation, energy, environment and civil rights agencies. Rosemary joined Governor Cuomo’s office after serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the New York State Department of Transportation.

Rosemary has long demonstrated interest in politics and government service. She has been an advocate, a community activist, a candidate for elected office and has worked in various positions at the city and state level. She left Massachusetts state service after serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. Before joining the Governor’s staff, she served as both Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and as Government Affairs Director for the Department of Conservation and Recreation as well as spending more than 6 years as Chief of Staff for former Massachusetts State Senator Jack Hart.

Rosemary received her BA from Suffolk University and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
