Prof. Xuan Wang, male, born in August 1969, Professor, PhD. supervisor, Pengcheng scholar, researcher of Peng Cheng Laboratory (National Laboratory), director of AI empowerment key project in Peng Cheng National Laboratory. He is currently the deputy director of the Department of Computing at Harbin Institute of technology, the executive director of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), the executive member of the council of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, vice chairman of Computer Federation of Guangdong, chairman of Shenzhen City Computer Federation, director of Shenzhen Mobile Internet Application Security Industry Public Service Platform, director of Pingan-Hitsz Intelligence Finance Research Center , and director of Ricoh & Harbin Institute of Technology Joint Laboratory. His research interests include Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence. He has supervised or participated in more than 50 research projects, including National Key Research and Development Programs, National Natural Science, Chinese National Programs for High Technology Research and Development (“863 Programs”), CMC science and Technology Commission Program, Key Projects of General Equipment Department, and enterprise projects from Huawei, ZTE, Microsoft, Ping An, etc. He has obtained the first prize issued by Chinese Ministry of Education, the second prize issued by the Ministry of Space, the first prize of provincial technical invention, Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award. He obtained more than 20 national invention patents, published more than 200 academic papers (SCI / EI indexed), and written 3 academic books. His research achievements of Cyber Security provided protection for more than 30 million ZTE mobile terminals, provided key technology modules for Huawei and Surfilter, resulting in economic benefits of more than 10 million RMB. In the field of Artificial Intelligence, he is one of the main inventors of Microsoft PY. As the key technology of Microsoft PY, Intelligent Input Technology on Minimum Element Chinese Sentence Level proposed by him is the first solution for information processing in the Far East area. The technology is authorized to famous companies such as Microsoft in the US and Canon of Japan, and served billions of users.
