In this webinar, Noemie Richard – “Maître Fromager” of the Guilde International des Fromagers and expert Training Partner of the Academy of Cheese joins BBC Good Food’s Group magazines editor and cheese enthusiast, Keith Kendrick, to enhance your knowledge of cheese, guiding you through the complex flavours and aromas that makes each one unique. You will be introduced to some stunning cheeses and discover how to present them with mouth-watering accompaniments to wow your guests throughout the festive season.
They’ll be tasting and presenting five different cheeses and their perfect pairings, which you can find in cheesemongers and at supermarkets if you’d like to taste along:

Noemie Richard is “Maître Fromager” of the Guilde International of Cheese and Director of the Ecole du Fromage Savencia.
She comes from the French Alpes, a region known for its cheese tradition that inspired her passion. After graduating in food engineering, she initiated her carrier as a cheese maker in south America. In 2013, she developed the “École du fromage”, a cheese school in Chile which then spread across Peru, Colombia and Argentina, training over 3000 gastronomy professionals across the continent. Her School of Cheese was sought after in the UK, which led to her moving to London in 2018.
Today she is cheese trainer of the Academy of Cheese, judge in several international cheese competitions and leads her education mission in Europe through her role as Head of Cheese school for Savencia.
