Thermoset Application Engineer
Mario Graf began his career in the apprenticeship program at Starlim//Sterner, Austria, as a toolmaker and plastic processing engineer. In 2008 he completed the program and worked in production, subsequently becoming a plastic processing engineer with a concentration in mold setup and troubleshooting. His career then took him to Elmet Elastomer Production and Services, Austria, in 2013 as an application engineer and later, worked for ACH Solution focusing on customer training, troubleshooting, and onsite customer startups across the globe.

Mario moved to Shenzhen, China where he was an LSR technical specialist for Philips Respironics Medical Products and then was promoted to global manufacturing engineer where he was responsible for process improvement projects, supplier strategies, training, and new mold design.

As of 2020, Graf works for ENGEL Machinery in York, PA in the position of thermoset application engineer where he supports sales with technical information, provides internal and external process training and collaborates with the customer service division to solve problems in the field.

Account Manager, Elastomers/LSR
Chad Zediker is a 2001 graduate of the Penn State Behrend Plastics Engineering Technology program where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, he began his career in 2002 as a Project Engineer at Classic Industries in Latrobe, PA.

In 2006, he accepted a job at Philips Respironics in Murrysville, PA where he held a number of roles from Plastics Engineer and NPD Project Manager, on to Advanced Manufacturing Project Manager. While at Philips, Chad became very well versed in all aspects of LSR molding and manufacturing. In Nov 2017, Chad was hired by Technimark as a Global Account Manager in the sales organization handling several large accounts. He recently accepted a position at ENGEL Machinery as Account Manager, Elastomers/LSR.
