Foram is a co-founder and certified coach at Ama La Vida, an innovative coaching company whose focus is on helping individuals do what they love and achieve their definition of success. Foram started her career in healthcare consulting. During her consulting years, she learned the importance of data, results, process and consistency. While she never lost that focus on structure and data, she realized that a career in coaching afforded her the opportunity to create truly tailored solutions which would make a lasting impact on her clients. With that realization, Foram left everything she knew to pursue what she loves. Today, as the lead of ALV's corporate coaching practice, Foram works tirelessly to help individuals accelerate their success by leveraging her consulting background of driving results through data while combining her strengths of empathy and individuality.

Foram holds a Master's in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She is a certified coach in Organizational and Leadership Coaching through Northwestern University along with a certification in Hogan Assessments. Foram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Ngoc Nguyen is a certified coach with Ama La Vida, an innovative coaching company whose purpose is to empower individuals to do what they love. Her specialty is career and leadership development with an emphasis on Asian-American professionals. She started her career in the commercial insurance industry and has over ten years of experience with various roles in risk assessment, process improvement, and operations. Since she started her first job, she has been passionate about empowering others and was fortunate to find her way to coaching through Northwestern. Presently, Ngoc is doing research on Asian-American leaders and the impact of cultural values on their leadership development as part of her Master's program to add a diverse perspective to leadership research. She hopes her research can provide insights on how Asian-American professionals can break through the "bamboo ceiling" and find success in their careers.

Ngoc is currently pursuing a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University. She is a Northwestern University Certified Coach in Organizational and Leadership Coaching. Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minor in Asian American Studies from the University of Minnesota.
