The Northwestern Network Mentorship Program is an online platform designed to cultivate meaningful mentorship opportunities for the global Northwestern community, with alumni mentors providing valuable support and guidance as mentees navigate their careers. Students and alumni can use the platform to connect with alumni in various career fields. Alumni with degrees from all class years, programs, and schools may participate as volunteer mentors, mentees, or both; degree-seeking students may participate as mentees.     Micah Jindal
    Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
    Micah Jindal is a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with 20 years of experience in management consulting. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions Practice Area and leads the mortgage topic across the U.S.

    Micah proudly serves as a mentor for the Northwestern Network Mentorship Program for both current and former students. Mentorship has always been an important theme in Micah’s life. He recognizes how he would not be where he is here today without all the mentors in his life from high school to Northwestern and now at BCG. In addition, he’s learned over time how much value and energy he gets from his relationship with mentees.

    Outside of work, Micah is a member of the Board of Directors of OneOC, an organization whose mission is to accelerate non-profit success in the Orange County, California community.

    Micah earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a BS in Education and Social Policy and a secondary major in Economics. Micah and his wife have two children and currently reside in Newport Beach, CA.
