Prequalification of subcontractors is becoming prevalent in nearly all types of construction projects, especially now, more than ever, as subcontractors aggressively take on more workforce, projects, and debt to get back on their feet.
The problem is that general contractors have their own, unique ways of prequalifying subcontractors, and subcontractors have to provide the same information in multiple formats, over and over again.COMPASS was designed to give subcontractors control over the process, by providing a single prequalification form (1Form), that contains all information essential to general contractors’ prequalification processes. General contractors may accept the 1Form as is, or the information may be mapped to the general contractors’ own forms.Subcontractors need only update their data once per year, after new financials are available.
Please join us at noon PT on Tuesday, June 8th, 2021, to see how COMPASS is transforming prequalification to benefit subcontractors, and learn what you can do to support this effort!
