Getting Calm in Our Burnt-Out World

About This Webinar

While stress and burnout have been stigmatized since the Greek Classical era, the desperate calls for help among current generations has made stress and burnout relief a hot topic across all professions – including students and athletes.

But is the topic hot enough? Are companies, institutions, and organizations actually providing support, tools, and training, or are they only doing lip service in “wellness programming”? And are individuals ever given the proper skills for coping with the onslaught of stressors in our contemporary lives?

Let’s touch on the past, learn how to instantly get present and calm smack in the middle of your utter chaos – and let’s look ahead to joining forces to change our individual nervous systems and change our cultural approaches so that we may all respond more calmly to our unique and yet universal stressors. And let’s have fun doing it.
