10 Leadership Tips They Don’t Teach in Management Class

About This Webinar

Learning to become an effective manager and leader is a career-long journey. Many of us have taken some sort of training focusing on the mechanics of managing and the theories of leading. While those teachings are certainly helpful, they often present an idealized picture of what is required to successfully manage and lead an organization. Over my career, I have compiled a number of key learnings that you are never taught in all these training classes—yet are critical to your success. Join me as I give you a tour through my Top 10 list of what they never tell you in leadership and management training, illustrated with examples from my experience. You will walk away with a better understanding of how to apply basic teachings to the real world of managing and leading.
