Doug Pfaff is Executive Vice President of Katz Digital Video, Partnerships + Development for Katz Media Group, the nation’s leading media sales organization.
With more than 25 years of media sales experience, Doug leads Katz’s new video and business development team to build partnerships and drive strategy for digital sales including TV partner’s websites and mobile video platforms.
Under Doug’s leadership, Katz has launched three new one-stop-shop exclusive marketplaces — Katz OTT, Katz Live, and Katz News Network. Katz OTT is the largest independent aggregator of impressions in a unified ecosystem reaching viewers at scale, with impression-level data and targeting. Katz Live is the first-ever live streaming marketplace with exclusive digital feeds of music, sports, e-sports, and entertainment available to target your audience when and where they consume media live, including NFL, NHL, PGA, MLB. Katz News Network is the largest aggregator of local TV news impressions available as a one-stop-shop unwired network solution covering over 700 stations across 192 DMAs with a single-entry point.

Prior to joining Katz, Doug was a media buyer before moving into account executive positions at various companies, including Seltel, Telerep, and Blair Television. At Blair, he was promoted to Vice President, Group Sales Manager, and then later to Vice President, Director of Sales. Doug then took a role as Vice President of National Advertising Sales at Home Team Sports a division of Fox Sports Media Group. He served in that role for seven years, before being promoted to Regional Vice President of Home Team Sports.
Doug is based in New York City. He is a licensed member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau as well as a member of the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB), Association of National Advertisers (ANA), and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).

Victoria Toth
VP, Katz Digital Video, Partnerships + Development
Victoria Toth is the Vice President of Katz Digital Video, Partnerships + Development for Katz Media Group, the nation’s leading media sales organization.

With more than 15 years of media sales experience, Victoria oversees Katz TV’s digital ad sales efforts nationwide, using Katz’s unparalleled reach to strategically build effective multi-platform campaigns, including Katz’s first-ever LIVE streaming marketplace. Victoria aids revenue growth by developing unique solutions for agency and marketing partners across both the OTT and LIVE digital video platforms. With a focus on advocacy, she has helped spearhead marketing and content partnership initiatives for all digital video assets handled by the team.

Victoria joined Katz from Home Team Sports (HTS), a division of Fox Sports Media Group, where she was an Account Director for five years. In her role, she oversaw multiple agencies on a national and local level across all major sports properties to drive sales on HTS’s multiple linear and digital platforms. Prior to HTS, Victoria spent the majority of her career within the FOX family at the Fox Sports Properties in NYC, serving as a top-performing Account Manager and at FX Networks on the West Coast, covering all National agency accounts.

Victoria is based in New York City. She is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau as well as a member of the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB), and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).
