Gene owns and operates the Marks Group PC, a 10-person firm that provides technology and consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses. Prior to starting his company, Gene (a Certified Public Accountant) spent nine years in the entrepreneurial services arm of the international consulting firm KPMG in Philadelphia as a Senior Manager.

A past columnist for The New York Times and The Washington Post, Gene now writes regularly for The Hill, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and The Guardian. He’s also written five books on business management, specifically geared towards small- and medium- sized companies.

Since 2002, Rich has led the growth of AdEdge Water Technologies to be recognized as the market leader in the U.S. of arsenic treatment installations and is considered the market leader for a number of installed drinking water systems worldwide. Under his leadership, AdEdge has expanded its portfolio to treat over 20 contaminants using 20 treatment processes, including two innovative biological filtration technologies and an ultra-high recovery reverse osmosis process. Brian Snyder
President, Architectural Concrete Solutions, Inc.
With education in business finance, Brian is President and co-owner of Architectural Concrete Solutions, Inc. that was created during the recession of 2010. He handles all business operations for the concrete construction company that has 20 employees.

Brian has worked in the construction industry since the mid-1980s and been a business owner since the mid-1990s. From 1996 – 2001, he owned and operated a concrete company before selling it to a larger institution. And from 2001 – 2009, he was a business consultant for smaller companies and a business developer for a larger firm in San Diego.
