Live session with Falmouth University
Graphic design is fuelled by great ideas, informed by a curiosity for the world in which we live; creating solutions that provoke change for good. Whether you create a design message to be delivered digitally, on a page or in an environment, we rely on an effective creative process to help us visualise our initial thoughts and drawing is an essential skill for this. As Saul Bass, the American graphic designer said; “design is thinking made visual”.
This session will explore drawing as fundamental process tool for graphic design; working quickly, taking risks, being courageous and visualising stories that communicate and identify meaning.
