Team Coaching Impact Evaluation Results Presentation

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
In late 2017, MSF Norway Mentoring and Coaching Hub (MCHub) commissioned is an impact study of how Team Coaching supports the personal and professional development of team members and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the MCHub and the MSF movement more widely. It is hoped that the study will help shape the future coaching offer and secure engagement across the movement positioning the MCHub as a centre of excellence and best practice for Team Coaching including ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

The webinar will provide the final results of the longitudinal team coaching impact evaluation project; the context and rationale for the research, methodological approach, participation and engagement, results, conclusions and considerations for further research and development.

Despite the challenges experienced by the research team and the MCHub team - beleaguered by ‘start, pause, stop’ throughout the duration of the project - the results do show that the team coaching is having an impact on the recipients specifically in relation to their leadership, management, team working and communication capability. The impact is expressed at an individual level, rather than consistently across the team.

Webinar attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and identify points of clarification and further consideration.

We hope you can join us in launching this exciting research project!

If you can't join us, please register anyway. That way you'll receive a copy of the recording, along with copies of the final report.
