As an investor focusing on telecommunications, enterprise information technology, and digital media, Mr. Zilberman has wireless and telecommunications experience. Prior to Comcast Ventures, he served as a Manager of Business Development at Flarion Technologies responsible for terminal and test solution partnerships as well as variety of corporate development initiatives. Mr. Zilberman was also centrally involved in Flarions capital raising activities and ultimate $805 million acquisition by Qualcomm. Preceding Flarion, he held various positions at Lehman Brothers such as an Asset Managemnt Associate and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Communications and Media Mergers and Acquizitions group focusing on wireless. Mr. Zilberman serves as the Chairman of CTI Towers, Inc. He serves as Director of College Avenue Student Loans LLC. He serves as a Director of Bubble Motion, Inc. (also known asBubbly Inc.), BelAir Networks, EdgeConneX, Inc., and Vox Media, Inc. He served as a Director at Ortiva Wireless. He was the Board Observers on Broadsoft.
