Tripping for Couples

About This Webinar

Ever thought about taking psychedelics with your partner? Whether you're a curious or seasoned tripper looking to explore new dynamics, journeying with a lover can open doors to connection, intimacy, healing, and so much more. But diving into this kind of experience takes more than just good vibes — it calls for real preparation. Done right, it can be intimate, transformative, and even joyful. Done without care, it can bring up emotions that need careful navigation.

In this hour-long workshop, Nicolle Hodges — journalist, author, and host of the show Men Who Take Baths — shares her insights on how to create the best possible environment for tripping with a partner. With her expertise, you'll learn how to set the stage, move through the experience, and reflect on what comes up, all while keeping both your individual journeys and shared intentions in mind. If you're ready to unlock the magic of tripping as a couple, this is where you start. (This workshop is for solo learners and couples!)

Nicolle Hodges is a journalist specializing in disruptive markets, including cannabis, psychedelics, and human sexuality. She is an author, entrepreneur, and the first sexual freedom philosopher. In 2017, she founded Men Who Take Baths, a men's mental health podcast where men in bubble baths are asked about masculinity.

In 2021, she founded the Garden of Earthly Delights—erotic parties and workshops where she uses BDSM (bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadomasochism) to help women move through shame, heal their relationship to power, and step into their unique leadership potential.
As an influential educator and advocate, Nicolle's contributions to the topic of sexual liberation have been recognized at prominent events such as the Wonderland Conference’s first ‘Sex & Psychedelics’ panel in Miami in 2023 and the groundbreaking Mapping Revelations conference in Paris in 2024. There, she introduced BDSM as a viable therapeutic option to an audience of 100 psychologists, scientists, and artists focused on altered states of consciousness.

As a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia, Nicolle engages hundreds of students annually in the Third Year Human Sexualities course, imparting her insights on BDSM as a transformative healing modality. She is a facilitator at the world’s first Discomfort Spa—a retreat center and nordic spa in Nova Scotia, where she leads BDSM workshops for couples to deepen their connection.

Her debut book, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go Oh Oh,” explores the power of pleasure through Dr. Suess-style rhyme and illustration. From that, she launched a viral movement urging people to rebrand “virginity” to “sexual debut,” pushing back against archaic ideas of sexual expression.

Nicolle has extensive experience in media and marketing. She formerly held positions as a television host and producer for CTV (Canada's most-watched television network), the culture editor of Herb (the largest digital cannabis magazine where she created educational content to change public perception during the early days of legalization), and the leading female host for the investor-based media platform, The Dales Report, where she regularly interviewed the top CEOs of psychedelic companies. She currently holds the position as the director of Canada’s first blockchain- and crypto-focused media company, Blockchain North, and its sister marketing company, BlockFlo Digital, where she offers media training services, podcast production, and marketing support to clients across a variety of sectors.

She is currently writing a book that questions whether BDSM should be considered a new form of therapy.

Her work has been featured in notable publications such as the BBC, New York Post, Men's Health, and DoubleBlind. To learn more, find her on X and Instagram: @NicolleDoubleL or @MenWhoTakeBaths, and subscribe to her Substack ‘Nicolle Between Worlds’
