When patients first get their medical recommendations and visit a dispensary, for many, it's an overwhelming experience. With so many resources available, it's hard to determine where to start. In this webinar, Dr. Seth Pheng, Pharm.D. will guide patients to take control of their experience and treatment with cannabis.

To become a better patient, consumers need to learn about the various delivery methods, what products are available for them, and what a good starting point is. Once the products become familiar, patients' can choose what type of product(s) fit their lifestyle and underlying conditions better.

Another important concept is titration, how to titrate, what to start with, and how to slowly build up a dose according to the product choice (sublingual, oral, inhalation, etc.).

Once a patient selects a product and titrates up safely it’s also important to understand the positive and negative side effects that they should be looking for. Keeping a cannabis journal is an excellent way to track progress and unwanted side effects. Dr. Seth Pheng, Pharm.D. will discuss the importance of journaling which will ultimately help the patient learn more about themselves and how cannabis can fit in their lives.
