Geelong born and raised, Colleen was brought up in a hardworking business-focused family having her first taste of retail at the age of 16. Unbeknownst to her at the time this summer job would be the start of a retail career spanning over 30 years.

Colleen loved to work from an early age…going to work with her father on building sites at any chance she got, working at her parent's pool canteen at the age of 8…working all day and then counting up buckets of coins of an evening with the 1, 2 and 5 cent coins being her pay for the day.

Colleen has a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in building brands, creating a winning culture, building an environment that allows people to be inspired and empowered and is now sharing not only the past 13 years experience as a CEO but the past 30 years of her retail career.

Beyond her amazing career, the most important thing to Colleen is family. Colleen’s sees her most important and influential role in life as a wife to Nick, mother of 3 beautiful humans - Jake 23, Trent 22 and Macey 15. She is a daughter, sister, sister in law and aunt to 7 beautiful nieces and 1 nephew.

Colleen is an inspiration to women of all generations and wants to encourage women globally to have the confidence to believe in themselves, their ability, share their voice and find the “Superpower within”. Colleen wants to inspire and empower women to lead in their own lives whether that be in boardrooms, organisations, communities or even in the home.
