Sarah is an Outreach and Education Coordinator with the National Network of Libraries of Medicine New England Region specializing in Graphic Medicine, Public Health and Emergency Preparedness.
Dean, School of Healthcare Business at MCPHS University
For the last eleven years, I have shared a commitment to student success with my esteemed colleagues at MCPHS University. I received my BS and MHA from Suffolk University and my Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University. My research focuses on how education delivered through in-person classes impacts the engagement of total knee replacement patients at different points. This research opened my eyes to the importance of easily understandable information for patients and their care partners and enhanced my interest in graphic medecine. I continue to pursue research in this area with New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA.
