Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Kikoko
Amanda Jones is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Kikoko, a women-focused, women-led cannabis wellness products company. Amanda and her business partner, Jennifer Chapin, created Kikoko in 2015 in honor of a friend with terminal cancer. Since its launch, Kikoko has become one of the most recognized cannabis brands in the industry.
Prior to becoming a “cannapreneur,” Amanda spent 25 years as an international travel writer and photographer. Her articles have appeared in Condé Nast Traveler, Vogue, Travel & Leisure, Town & Country, the Los Angeles Times and ISLANDS, among others. Before that, she worked in fashion as a writer for Vogue Magazine. Amanda is also the co-founder of Cynthia’s Sisters, a non-profit organization that provides law school scholarships for young women in the Democratic Republic of Congo (the world’s most violent place for women).
Amanda has spoken at many conferences and has been widely interviewed on the topics of cannabis, women’s leadership and women’s rights on television, radio, in print and online media, including O Magazine, BBC, Forbes, LA Times, VOGUE, Rolling Stone, GQ, Quartz, ABC, PBS and more.
