In his current role, Steffan leads a team of 300+ professionals globally who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of RBC’s financial reporting by performing reconciliation activities for over $500 billion in monthly transactions. Steffan joined RBC in March 2016 as an Intern where he transitioned into the permanent role of Manager, Strategy & Transformation Services that same year. During his time in the group, Steffan supported a variety of projects across multiple line of businesses in the areas of strategy development and process redesign. Steffan was then promoted to Senior Manager in 2018 within the Transformation & Enterprise Operation.
