    Dr. Shailendra Sharma
    Vice-Chancellor, Mandsaur University
    A passionate and influential academician, heading the university as the Vice Chancellor. Dr. Shailendra Sharma is having an immersive experience of more than 17 + years along with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing research and projects from concept to completion, designing educational strategies, and coaching an individual to success.
    Prior to this, he has also served as Dean (Academics), Chairperson (Mandsaur University Research Council) and I.Q.A.C.(Internal Quality Assurance Cell). Dr. Sharma is a Gold medalist and has completed his Ph.D from J.N.V University, Jodhpur in the year 2002. He has also published numerous research papers in various national and international journals, been a council member and has an advanced approach, when it comes to research and development.
    Dr. Sharma is Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional academic methodologies, and making critical decisions during challenges and turning them into opportunities. Adaptable and transformational leader with an ability to work independently, and developing opportunities and making the students of Mandsaur University future ready.

    Assistant Professor & Virologist Dept. of Life Science, Mandsaur University
    Dr.Ashish Warghane, currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of Life sciences, Mandsaur University, Mandsaur. Madhya Pradesh, India. He has nine years of teaching and research experience in the field of Life sciences. He is working on Molecular detection and characterization of plant viruses, development of novel diagnostic tools and control of plant viruses. He published more than 20 research articles in Scopus indexed international and national journals. He also submitted more than 300 DNA sequences in the National Centre of Biotechnology Information (NCBI), NIH, USA.
