    Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Singla
    Research Coordinator and Academic Head
    He is passionate about doing research in the area of Surface modification using cold-spray nano-structured coatings, Friction stir processing, Synthesis of nano-particles (bottom-up and top-down approach), Materials for nuclear reactors, Tribological studies of metal matrix composites, Natural composites, 3D printing and worked as Senior Research Fellow at IIT Ropar. He is guiding number of Ph.D. and M.Tech. Research Scholars. He has published more than 75 papers in International Journals and Conferences authored several Books and Book Chapters. He is reviewer of prestigious journals (Elsevier / Springer). Recently he has been awarded as Outstanding Reviewer of the 2019 by the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Thermal Spray Technology – a journal of ASM Thermal Spray Society (TSS) published by Springer. He has visited various countries to attend the International Conferences and present his research work. He is Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers (Kolkata), Life member of various professional societies such as ISTE New Delhi, LM ISAMPE Bangalore, SOMEE, Punjab.

    Dr. Navdeep Sharma Dugala
    Head-UIE- Automobile Engineering
    An Ambitious Assistant Professor aiming to leverage 15+ years of rich experience in Industry and Academics in the field of Mechanical & Automobile Engineering. Graduated as an Engineer in 2003 from India and completed Masters in 2005 from UK with specializations in the field of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automobile Engineering. Have enriching experience of 5 + years in Industry and 10+ years in Academics in India and Abroad.Currently Pursuing Research in the field of Biofuels; has published 20 papers in National and International Journals; has been an author to numerous book chapters; along with guiding 12 students for their Masters programme. Has arranged various National and International level Seminars and Workshops on latest innovations and technologies in the field of Automotive Engineering. An active member and a part of CU family for the last 7 years.
