About This Webinar

A talk by Dan Marconi. Many Code Enforcement departments sit on a mountain of valuable information, but most of it is scattered across separate systems that never talk to each other. Permit records, utility shut-offs, tax delinquencies, complaint histories, ownership records, and inspection data all live in different places, and officers spend hours digging for answers that should take seconds. This session, presented by Dan Marconi of Tolemi, shows how data collection, merging, and integration can transform the way code officials do their jobs. You will see how bringing multiple data sources together into a single map-based view creates a complete profile of every property and owner in your jurisdiction, including the ability to link related owners hiding behind shell LLCs. The class covers how integrated data helps officers identify problem properties before they become crises, flag unregistered rentals and vacant structures, prioritize enforcement where it matters most, and build stronger cases with a documented property history at your fingertips. You will also learn how dashboards, automated reports, and data visualization help you present findings clearly to supervisors, city councils, and the public, turning your fieldwork into calculated, strategic results that make the case for your department's impact.
