    Senior Manager of Legal Operation at Marvell Semiconductor
    Eleanor Alderette joined Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. in 2018, where she currently manages the Legal Operations team.

    Eleanor has over 15 years of experience with legal operations and project management within large organizations. Prior to Marvell, Eleanor was the Legal Operations Manager at Juniper Networks, Inc. Eleanor has successfully implemented processes, practices and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness and performance of legal teams, and facilitate change. Eleanor’s experience encompasses all areas of legal department management from contracts, corporate, patents, compliance and litigation.

    She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Degree from the University of Phoenix.

    Tal Samet
    Director, Assistant General Counsel at Marvell Semiconductor
    Tal Samet joined Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. 7 years ago, where she heads the Legal Operations function. Tal has over 15 years of experience in negotiating complex technology transactions, open source, intellectual property, and compliance. Prior to Marvell, Tal served as Senior Legal Counsel at Nokia Networks. Previously, she was General Counsel of Atrica, later acquired by Nokia Networks. She holds a JD (LL.B), Law from The Hebrew University, a L.L.M, High Tech Law Certificate from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a eMBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
