    Courtney Dutter
    Deputy General Counsel and Associate Vice President, Legal & Compliance at iCIMS
    Courtney joined iCIMS, Inc., a global HR cloud platform for recruiting, in 2010. She currently serves as iCIMS’ Deputy General Counsel and AVP, Legal & Compliance. In this role, she oversees iCIMS’s Contracts & Commercial and Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance groups. Her responsibilities include legal operations, commercial contracting and data protection and privacy for iCIMS' global product offering, employment law, intellectual property protection, compliance, and assistance with strategic transactions.

    Prior to joining iCIMS, Ms. Dutter worked as a research fellow Seton Hall’s Center for Policy & Research and for a municipal government in California.

    Ms. Dutter is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology and Seton Hall University School of Law.

    Leonardo Murgel
    Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs & Chief Operations Officer at Salesforce
    Léo Murgel is Salesforce’s Legal and Corporate Affairs Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Léo is accountable for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the division leveraging strategies including, Outside Counsel Management, eDiscovery, Legal Shared Services, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Delivery, Data Science, and Organization Change Management in support of Salesforce’s 600+ strong Global Salesforce Legal and Corporate Affairs team. Prior to his role, Léo was a VP in IT Mergers & Acquisitions, where he was responsible for due diligence and complete IT integration of 20+ Salesforce acquisitions. Léo has also led Salesforce's IT Program Management office and held other related leadership roles across global retailers, technology consultancies, and engineering firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and further Executive Education from UC Berkeley.

    Dan Puterbaugh

    Dan Puterbaugh is a Director of Product, IP & Regulatory Affairs at DocuSign.

    An attorney for over 20 years, Puterbaugh has written and spoken extensively on issues related to digital transactions. He is a past Chairman of the Electronic Signature and Records Association and has spoken at a wide variety of conferences in the US and Europe including the annual Association of Corporate Counsel, and American Bar Association Technology conferences. He has published articles on a variety of topics related to digital transactions including simplifying legal workflows, the EU electronic signature law, eIDAS and the challenges of electronic signature implementations.

    At DocuSign, Puterbaugh works closely with leadership and partners to release innovative products that help to accelerate digital document transformation while complying with relevant law. His particular focus is on its CLM and AI/ML offerings as well as work with DocuSign’s global network of Trust Service Providers and Certificate Authorities.

    Prior to joining DocuSign, Puterbaugh worked with Adobe for 12 years as both an attorney and thought leader and evangelist. He worked closely with its strategic customers to help understand their needs and shape product strategy in accordance with those needs. Puterbaugh also helped form the Cloud Signature Consortium and drove thought leadership in the digital document space.

    Before Adobe, Puterbaugh spent seven years as assistant general counsel at Intuit Inc., a leading provider of business and financial management solutions for consumers, small and mid-sized businesses, and accounting professionals. While there, he was the lead attorney supporting all product development company-wide including the establishment and ongoing support of the company’s product development operations in Bangalore.

    Puterbaugh is a member of the California Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University.
