    Graham Allan is VP, Legal, Deputy General Counsel – Chief of Legal Dept Operations at Cisco Systems, Inc. Based in San Jose, California, Graham has been at Cisco for over twenty years, working in Cisco’s EMEAR region before moving to Cisco’s San Jose Headquarters in 2000. Prior to his current role, Graham has led a number of different teams in Legal, including the teams responsible globally for Cisco’s sales and marketing, (including Cisco’s captive financing entity, Cisco Capital), Cisco’s engineeering organization and Cisco’s Service Provider Business. Before joining Cisco, Graham was a partner at Baker & McKenzie in London, in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group.

    Apur Patel is Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Legal Operations at Cisco Systems, Inc. Apur leads a global team responsible for the technology, systems, knowledge management and processes supporting the delivery of legal services for Cisco’s worldwide legal department. Prior to joining Cisco, Apur led Global Legal Operations at Cargill, the Minneapolis-based agricultural company, where he built Cargill’s first legal operations function. He also spent over 14 years at UnitedHealth Group in a variety of roles leading the Intellectual Property & Technology legal teams and the legal support for Optum’s Asian operations. Apur has served as the Co-Chair of the Board and the Interim Executive Director of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, a nonprofit dedicated to attracting, recruiting, retaining and advancing attorneys of color in the Minneapolis/St. Paul legal community.
