Michelle worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture and people for over 20 years in international leadership roles in institutions including Lehman Brothers, Linklaters, Olswang and Kleinwort Benson, winning awards along the way. It was in the recovery of a traumatic cycling accident in 2015, that she discovered new approaches that could have profound results for corporate cohesion, growth and performance.
