    George is a Director of Systems Development in the Law, Compliance and Business Ethics and External Affairs department at Prudential. In this role, George is responsible for overseeing new technology implementations and enhancements to existing legal systems including: Matter Management, Electronic Billing, Investigations, Legal Hold and other legal technologies. George joined at Prudential in 2013 as an implementation architect consultant and became a full-time employee in 2014. Prior to Prudential, Chiu worked at several financial institutions including UBS, J.P. Morgan and AllianceBernstein focused on legal and financial technologies.

    Brian McGovern
    General Manager of Workflow Solutions at Mitratech
    Brian McGovern is the General Manager of Workflow Solutions at Mitratech, the leading provider of legal and compliance software solutions. In this role, McGovern works with the company’s leadership team to drive the strategic vision of their innovative platform technology.

    Most recently McGovern served as Senior Vice President, Chief Data Officer, Legal Operations at American International Group, Inc. where he led the transformation of the company’s legal operations department and played a critical role in creating the organization, processes and technology architecture that reduced AIG’s legal spend by over $1.2 billion dollars.

    Under his tenure, he enabled AIG to gain better control and performance of the company’s $2.4 billion annual legal spend, utilizing 1,500+ law firms on behalf of 90+ million insured clients in 90 countries. McGovern was also the key business sponsor for the largest e-Billing Matter Management software roll out in the world, an industry leading innovator for legal reporting and analytics, data governance, business process management, and legal procurement.

    Prior to legal operations, McGovern served as the company’s Vice President and Global Head of Implementation and Process Performance Management where he led cross-functional teams to dramatically improve business processes in multiple functional areas, including legal, information technology including data centers, procurement and human resources. Prior to AIG, McGovern served in executive-level positions with Merrill Lynch, GE and Credit Suisse.

    Yuka Tzavaras
    Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Electronic Arts
    Yuka Tzavaras is responsible for implementing and post-launch support of technology solutions for EA Legal. Her successes include design and implementation, in 2006, of the first CLM-like solution at EA using Salesforce that eventually interfaced with Oracle ERP, implementation of e-signature services in 2011, implementation of a custom web application for legal review of the use of open source technology in games, implementation of TAP in 2015 and various workflows since. In her spare time, she takes karate lessons and hopes to be a black belt someday.
