Allastair Meffen is the Associate Vice President of Customer Success at Definitive Healthcare. He leads an award-winning customer experience team comprised of 60 employees. In his role, Allastair works closely the leadership team to drive value within Definitive’s customer base. Since joining Definitive, Allastair has helped the customer success team grow from 18 to 60 employees. Previously, Allastair spent 12 years at Imprivata, where he managed a 10-person team.

Jennie Li is Definitive Healthcare’s Manager of Sales and Service Operations, where she oversees operational initiatives that bridge together and support the company’s client sales and customer experience teams. For more than five years, Jennie has been instrumental in implementing new tools and developing programs to support both customers and internal teams. As Definitive Healthcare has grown from startup to scale-up, Jennie has established, created, and currently leads what is now the Sales and Service Operations Team within the Account Management organization.
