A native New Yorker, Lynn comes to Cella with both corporate and agency staffing experience. With over seven years of recruiting management experience, she has broad knowledge of the proposal, creative, marketing and digital markets in the Southeast region areas. Lynn is an expert at identifying new top talent and has an extensive network of personal contacts and trusted referrals. She manages the Southeast recruiting team, and ensures that they are provided with the resources and tools needed to successfully recruit and place the most skilled professionals.

Tim Gearhart

VP, Talent Delivery

Tim has more than two decades of staffing experience and expertise—in the creative, marketing and digital fields—and is one of our company’s most valuable performers. Whether working directly with talent and clients or in leadership positions, Tim’s drive and focus have generated respect from the people he’s served. He spent his first decade at Cella as a Recruiter in the D. C. metropolitan area and NY/NJ, where he was responsible for opening the Cella office there. The last 10 years have been a mixture of operations, business analytics, customer relationship management (CRM)/applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation and overseeing the Delivery team for our National business unit. Presently, Tim devotes his energies to leading the entire Talent Recruitment and Delivery operation for Cella.
