Darren Eastwood is a Business Development Director at CDE. He holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and a Potgraduate Diploma in International Sales. Darren joined CDE in 2004 and has an outstanding ability to connect with customers; his technical, commercial and industry expertise means he consistently meets their business aspirations.
Adrian Convery is a Business Development Manager at CDE. Adrian joined CDE in 2013 and then was reallocated to London to look after the businesses in England. Adrian is an experienced professional in the materials wet processing industry with an expertise in the Environmental sector. Adrian has joined the USA Team in 2020.
Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Joe began his career in construction as a business manager for Kiewit Infrastructure. He then joined Hoffman Equipment as a Territory Manager in New Jersey, he successfully grew his territory with selling crushing and screening, cranes, and excavators. At the beginning of 2021 Joe brought his local knowledge and passion for all facets of heavy constructions to CDE as the Business Development Manager for the North East with a focus on NJ, PA, DE and MD.
Rob graduated from Manhattan College in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, and earned his MBA from Hofstra University in 2019. His career with Posillico started in 2013 as an intern where he grew into a process and facility designer. He served as the project lead for the design and construction of the Wash Plant, where he now manages the facility and oversees its daily operations. Rob’s diverse experience throughout the evolution of the Farmingdale plant helps the team take a multi-dimensional and innovative approach to solving problems both internally and for Posillico’s customers.
Mr. Lambert is the President of The Bulldog Group, a Minority-Owned Business, based in Beltsville, Maryland. With more than fifteen (15) years of experience in business finance, construction and management services, Mr. Lambert oversees the business operations and construction of projects and is responsible for total quality management, timely project completion and optimum profitability. Over the last ten (10) years, Mr. Lambert has steadily and strategically grown The Bulldog Group’s portfolio of businesses and service offerings.
Scott is a Chartered Certified Accountant and joined his family’s business located near Edinburgh, Scotland in 2007. Since then he has seen the business diversify from an agricultural background to property development and now resource management.
In 2017, he was appointed as managing director of Brewster Bros. Ltd which was incorporated to advance the group’s recycling trade. Part of this advancement was a multi-million pound investment in a CDE wash plant to process local construction, demolition and excavation waste. The plant was commissioned in August 2018 and during the two years that have passed the company has experienced rapid growth as part of the ongoing circular economy revolution.
Scott lives on the outskirts of Edinburgh with his wife and two children. He spoils many good walks with a golf club and ball and is a keen rugby union fan.
