Brian Barndt is a Technical Service Installation Manager for CDE in the USA. Brian has joined CDE 2 years ago and brought with him a lengthy experience of over 20 years working in the sand & aggregates industry and directly involved with quarry operations and machinery. Brian has unique engineering and negotiation skills, performing well on both the technical and commercial sides.

Gustavo Brasil is a Business Development Executive at CDE. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Gustavo is a dedicated professional who joined CDE 3 yeards ago and has developed his career in the materials wet processing industry. Gustavo looks after the Latin American market and has an expertise in the Mining sector.

Ethan Tromp is the Washing Plant Manager at ATCO Concrete Products N.V. After assisting in many operational departments at ATCO Concrete Products, Ethan knows what drives the efficiency of plant operations. Ethan has also various roles and tasks within the company including but not limited to concrete delivery, aggregate/cement shipping and in-house civil works.

Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Water Engineering and Management from the University of Twente in the Netherlands and is often found on a good long mountain bike ride on hilly nature trials.
