She’s also done analysis for direct marketing companies, which includes creating optimization plans to boost conversion. Along with writing, Natalie has produced and directed both commercials and industrials. When she’s not writing for work, she’s writing for fun dreaming up stories for sketch comedy, screenplays, and fiction. She also leaves her desk to hike and tries to curb her tennis addiction. She lives in Los Angeles with her artist husband, Gordon, and their dog Turbo.

A seasoned recruiter with over 20 years in the industry, Judy Vincent has been a Human Capital Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Strategist with Arcesium LLC since January 2016 supporting the Technology and Client Delivery groups, as well as working on a number of initiatives around candidate experience, campus recruiting, employer branding and company culture building. Her background includes a blend of corporate and contingency agency recruiting experience; primarily focused in the financial services and technology space.

Prior to Arcesium, Judy worked at Sapient Global Markets as a Manager-Hiring, recruiting a broad spectrum of professionals from Technology, Program Management, Business Consulting, and most notably, was instrumental in building out the User Experience/Data Visualization team. Her past employers also include Capco and BlackRock, Inc.

Judy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University and is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science.
